a dog running beside a man
what is life, is it worth it
this time’s version of man + loved dog
what’s the ratio of dog life to human life? how many dog generations since the eighteenth-century pictures?
how many deaths?
is it better that we are constantly moving – and losing – than some alternative where we are forever fixed and nothing is new or newly created?
can you bear the loss of your parents? and of you? if it is the condition for you (and for them) coming into the world at all?
can you face it steadily, that you came without choice into the world, and that you will exit it by death?
that life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness come with very clear limits?
